Resort restaurant with a few vegan-friendly options - Edit
We chose this resort as it had stellar reviews on Booking. We were afraid there would be nothing to eat at all and we were ready to starve but thankfully the large menu had some easily veganizable options and we were fed throughout our stay. The staff took our requests very seriously and were a delight throughout.
