Tasty and plenty - Edit
Everything else was closed, so I was really happy to find this restaurant open, even though I didn't expect my first meal in Belize to be Indian. The menu has many vegetarian options, but you have to ask to know which ones are vegan. I ordered the mushroom matar and oh my! It was delicious. Best curry I've had in a while. Super creamy and tasty. The rice was great, the naan was great, the only thing I didn't like that much was the side of carrots... but only because they were too spicy for my taste. It was a huge portion, so the price seemed fair. Definitely recommended!

best bet in Belize city - Edit
Since the only vegan place in Belize has such limited hours, and doesn’t even keep the ones they set, this may be your only option. Typical Indian food done well. A bit on the pricey side but portions are big.

Our family ate here 3 times (so far) while in Belize City on vacation. Obviously, we like it! But also it is hard to find vegan food here in Belize! So this place is a welcome addition to our trip! If you are vegan, you should specify "no cheese". FYI. Informal place.

In a town with little variety of the vegetarian persuasion, this is a breath of fresh air. Lots of good curries and healthy vegetable choices.
