Great vegan bagel sandwich - Edit
“The Vulcan” is really good and the realstaurant is in a great location to access downtown. Quick, inexpensive and delicious for a speedy lunch.

No plant milk in 2022?! - Edit
No plant based milk for coffee these days seems ridiculous to me, the person who took our order said they don't get people asking for it there, and gave same explanation when I asked about a plant based cream cheese. Yes there is a vegan option with hummus and veggies but as their thing is steaming the bagels-- steamy hummus on a soggy bagel did not appeal to me. My omnivore partner was really excited for me to experience a steamed bagel, so I got an everything bagel with just avocado and it was fine, now I can say I've had the steamed bagel experience and I don't need to do it again!

Steamed bagels = soggy bagels - Edit
Not super impressed with this but the fact that they have a clearly marked vegan one made me happy. It’s not terrible once you get past the slight sogginess of the bagel. Maybe it would be better if you just did peanut butter instead of all the veggie toppings?
