I love Sukho Thai as you can essentially make any dish on their menu a veg option.

Atmosphere is also very clean and classy. Great for a date night or business lunch!
Pros: Tofu can be added to anything, Veg appetizers as well as menu staples, BYOB

My Favorite Thai - Edit
Sukothai makes amazing and fresh Thai food. I eat a lot of Thai and this is my favorite place. Just ask the server to mark your food as vegan and the kitchen is very accomadating.
