I’m a ramen fan and was disappointed by the unsavoury taste of the vegetable broth, that lacked the typical umami flavour. Consequently all of the veggies that came with it tasted bland, too.
Read moreFurthermore the staff doesn’t seem to be fully knowledgeable about what’s vegan and what’s not. When seeing a great variety of mochis on display, I asked if they had a plant based flavour, and the reply was that all of them are vegan, which made me sceptical, as most of them normally are not.
