Interesting experience but way too expensive - Edit
This was my first Michelin Star restaurant experience. They had a vegan menu with 14 courses. My favorite meals were the mushrooms with dates and beets with seaweed. I didn't like how expensive it was (~$175).

#Veganuary

Amazing experience - Edit
The vegan tasting menu is out of this world. The Chefs work carefully to stay vegan and maintain the impressiveness of the Michelin star they earned.

Delicious food, menu could have been more balanced - Edit
This is definitely a fine dining experience - I think we had over a dozen courses from the vegan tasting menu. The food itself was really delicious and good portions- I was worried about getting too full but they sized things well. I also really enjoyed the juice pairing, especially the truffle kombucha.
Read moreMy one complaint was the balance of sweet/savory dishes on the tasting menu. I think as is, the tasting menu has 10 savory dishes and 6 desserts, however at least 3 of the "savory" dishes had a primarily sweet flavor (the beet sauce was caramel like, the oat sauce under the spinach was really sweet, etc.). Additionally, the vegan adaptations for the desserts were not as amazing as the savory adaptations- all of the desserts were some combination of jelly / sorbet.
Pros: great savory dishes, beautiful presentation, great ambiance
Cons: very expensive, too many sweet dishes
