There’s bubble tea!

And the default milk option is oat milk for their milk teas from what I understand 😭

Nice neighborhood grocery in a walkable area

Last week I stayed at a hotel a few minutes' walk away and stopped by Streets Market to get some food for breakfasts and snacks. It's a medium-sized store with several aisles - not a vast selection that'll let you make any recipe in the book, but much more variety than a convenience store. They had several options for fruit including bananas and grapefruit and of course apples. From the veggie section I got sweet mini-peppers and mini-cucumbers. A good number of snacks (including roasted peanuts), and a small but impressive selection of specialty breads. The neighborhood seems very walkable - the walk back to the hotel was mostly tree-shaded sidewalk and passed through a park.

Grocery store w/lots of vegan options

Great little market with tons of vegan and local products, as well as a wide variety of Asian and Mexican options.
