So I thought I would maybe have one option which is the norm usually, boy was I surprised to hear EVERYTHING was. I oredered a box of 13, to try variety. Some were amazzzzzng, some good. They were all gone in one night lol. I have to watch my sugar but will definitely be back when donut cravings come!

Stopped in off the highway, all of the baked goods were Vegan. We tried the Jalapeño “cheddar” scone, pop tart, and cinnamon bun. All were delicious!

The donuts at Strange Matter are always terrific, and they have cinnamon rolls and scones that are great as well. Don't pass up the coffee; Strange Matter had probably the best coffee I got anywhere on my recent road trip.
Read moreStrange Matter also has a downtown location. It's fine to drop in there if you're nearby, but this is the primary (and much larger) location currently, so they're probably less likely to run out of donuts here.
You're not likely to notice this place from the street, but the inside has great vibes. Almost all their baked goods are vegan, and they'll happily make whatever coffee order you want vegan on request.

This shop has a bunch of really awesome vegan donuts and cinnamon rolls as well. My favorite so far has been the maple walnut donut. Also has about four gluten free vegan donuts at a time as well. They don’t charge extra for plant milks in all their drinks which is amazing and it’s a cute little shop to do your homework in or catch up with friends. Not a lot of seating and it does get busy.

I grew up loving Boston cream donuts ant they make the best I’ve ever had! I wish they made them all the time.. other than that I usually try their filled donuts and we usually get a lemon lavender donut. Their coffee is strong but good. Gotta say this is one of my favorite spits in lansing. The staff is super kind, please be kind to them:)

Totally unexpected! - Edit
What a surprise! I never thought a vegan donut shop would be so close to campus, but here they are, calling to me now whenever I need to run to the large animal clinic (transporting donuts with goats is a delicate task). I grabbed all nine flavors of donuts, and they also had apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. My co-workers just about lost their minds when they opened the pretty pink boxes. And the best part? The donuts are actually REALLY GOOD (not to be confused with "good for a vegan donut").

This place makes some of the best vegan donuts ever. Their flavors are super unique and constantly changing. Their muffins are all vegan too! I don’t usually drink coffee so I can’t speak to that, but seriously, if you’re craving donuts, go here.
