Vegan options less exciting than they seem - Edit
the menu features 4 classic styles of ramen broth, advertising that each can be made vegan when asked. but to make them vegan, each broth is subbed out for vegetable broth, thus losing the individuality they all are made with- also, even though there are multiple forms of vegan proteins on the menu elsewhere, making a ramen dish vegan simply removes all of the meat proteins without subbing a vegan one in. the ramen is good, but it is very expensive for having several key ingredients (including the broth) removed without an exciting vegan substitute. i would be excited about it if they had a separate vegan ramen option that cost less, or if they added the impossible meat or glazed tofu that are already on their menu to the ramen when made vegan.

Worth it for the ramen - Edit
Super delicious vegan ramen and big portions. I was a little surprised to learn that the protein for the vegan ramen was just mushroom and upset that the cost was the same despite the most expensive ingredients being removed to make the dish vegan. However, it was definitely worth a try.

Fun & unique! - Edit
We found this treasure while visiting for the weekend. Great vibe, great service. We loved the cocktail selection. Almost everything can be veganized & things are clearly labeled. I had the glazed tofu & veggies -yum! Forgot to take a picture of food but this is a Hurricane & a coconut limeade mock tail.

Delicious options with variety and depth - Edit
The server gladly explained the history of vegetarian ramen and what all of the different words on the menu meant. There were many different options and we enjoyed the seitan ribs and dumplings.
