Vegan sandwich and ice - Edit
We went here for a lunch. Hummus chili sandwich is vegan and very tasty. Salad inside the sandwich is fresh. There are also some vegan ice creams. Oatmilk available for your hot drinks. Staff is amazing and friendly.

They always have oat milk for coffee and a vegan hummus sandwich on the menu. Depends on the season their soups and cakes could also be vegan. Ask them, staff are super friendly.

Fine selection of vegan options - Edit
Strandcaféen at Brøndby Strand beach offers a okay selection of vegan options, in an area with absolutely no vegan options otherwise. So plus point for that.
Read moreTheir homemade "Nøddebrud" dessert (chocolate and hazelnuts) are vegan and very good, but also often sold out. So if they have some, I can highly recommend this. Their vegan sandwich are homemade, and also fine. Furthermore you can have plantmilk for the coffee, and you can have a vegan ice-cream cone, "Veganice" (avaliable at most "Premier is" retailers in Denmark), which is also very good.
The staff is very nice, and are always open for a chat.
The only downside is the quite limited selection of vegan ice. Besides the "Veganice", they only offers a few sorbets and popsicles. A larger selection of vegan ice cream options, and they will hit a higher score.
