Always a choice + completely vegan fridays - Edit
Every time I have been there there's usually at least few vegan items. Everything is already cooked, it gets put together in front of you.

Pros: Vegan options every day, Completely vegan Fridays
Cons: Busy during lunch time, You won't be amazed by the food.

It is basically the same as Stockpot - just bigger.
Read moreIt is very good and very popular in Riga.
There is always at least one vegetarian option (and vegan as well I think).
And it is very cheap!
