Went there with my girlfriend and we both took the vegan menu, which has a lot of different flavours with good quantity! The restaurant is nice and all of the staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

Nice selection of vegan options! We took a recommended portion that consisted of sushi and sides. Not too impressed with the makis as they were too salty to my taste and had salad in them but everything else was great. Nice and friendly staff. Outside seating area was very pleasant.

Sticks N Sushi is by far the best sushi place in Denmark, that everyone should give a go at least once. Their vegan menu consist of a salads, sushi rolls, sticks and of course very well prepared edamame beans (recommend the spicy one) and marvellous vegetables. Their interior is very nice and staff - very friendly. I also recommend their cocktails and chai latte (with oat milk).
