To-go lunch for the office

I often go here for lunch at the office, if I have to be quick.
In the summer they offer a vegan iced latte macchiato with oat milk. They also offer vegan sandwiches, which are often almost sold out until I'm there. Vegan options are clearly labeled.
I would like more vegan sandwiches though. Especially if they are often sold out I think a few more options would sell as well.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options , Friendly staff

Cons: Vegan options often sold out, Not a lot of vegan sandwiches
