Disgusting Food, Even More Disgusting Service

First, let it be said I ordered this to be delivered. I ordered dumplings rice and spinach. It was absolutely my worst experience at a restaurant ever. The food was inedible and made me sick. When I contacted the restaurant, they were rude and dismissive. When I left a google review, they accused me of having an agenda against small businesses which is absolutely absurd. I wish I had looked at the google reviews before ordering because I have learned that going years back other people have reported food that was undercooked (the dumpling filling) and that they experienced poor service and even racial / age discrimination. Food that is inedible and causes sickness is one thing, but when the staff has no remorse and dismisses each and every one of their customers criticisms and calls them prejudiced when they had only criticized the food itself and their treatment by the staff -- I mean Jesus, I didn't know service could be this bad. When I ate a few bites of this food before throwing it all away, I thought, "Wow, whoever made this really doesn't care at all."

I got a refund through the delivery service, but man this has not only been a stressful and unpleasant eating experience but a stressful and unpleasant reviewer experience. Like, maybe if they spent as much effort making the food and attending to their customers as they do arguing with there reviewers, they would have an actually decent restaurant.

Let me be the example -- read the reviews before you try a new restaurant!

Okay

Limited vegan options, they are not marked on the menu, it was on the pricey side, food was good but not the best

not too many veg options, but the food is high quality.
