I just wanted a quick food, this falafel place was the nearest option.

Tasty fast food - Edit
It is a fast food chain with more locations in Chisinau and in Moldova. It is a fast food so you can't expect hvery healthy food, but I still found that it is not that bad. I ordered a "falafel plate" which was tasty. you have a plate with falafel, french fries, shredded tomatoes, pickeled cucumber, onion and tomato. It is served with three different sauces, one tomatoes based, one is tahini based and one is a mayo. The workers told me that they prepare all the sauces themselves.
Read moreIn their menu you can also find gözleme, which is a toasted wrap with cheese, tomatoes slices and some herbs, cheese rolls and cheese sticks.
If you decide to order a wrap, they also provide additional toppings, such as mushrooms and spicy carrots. When they assemble your wrap you can choose which ingridients you want and which sauce, thus it can easily be made vegan.
It's was quick and very filling. Can't say I would eat there everyday, but if you need something on the way, it's just perfect.
BTW, if you want any food that is vegan in Molodva, you should ask if the dish is "mancare de post", which means fasting food. They are very religious and in certain periods the menu changes in many cafes to accomodate their fasting period. Everyone is aware if any animal products are added and will tell you want is "de post".

Slavic burrito with a few veggies in it. French fries, deep fried potato balls, cole slay, onions, tomatoes and two courses of a copious drowning in mayo. It's toasted on the grill before severing.
