Great Vegan/Vegetarian Options - Edit
They have a dedicated vegetarian menu with vegan & vegetarian options. I got the veggie potato skillet with tofu and no cheese. It was very tasty and filling. My wife got the veggie Benedict, which was solid. They also have a vegan-friendly burger and loaded vegan fries with a vegan chipotle mayo.
