Go there for the show, not for the food - Edit
They now only have a single marked vegan option on the menu (a pasta dish) so you'll have to take their word for anything else.

Make a reservation ASAP - Edit
If you're visiting Switzerland and are in Lucerne, then you MUST go to the Stadtkeller for dinner and a show one night. Make a reservation ASAP though as it books up fast! The staff is knowledgeable on vegan and they have vegan options. The beer is brewed in town and it's very good. The show is SO MUCH FUN! It'll be a highlight of your trip. They bring volunteers on stage to try yodeling, for dances, and to blow those big Ricola horns. There's singing and dancing plus some history of the local culture. The whole night is packed with fun but in a relaxing atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
