Vegan waffles 🧇 - Edit
On our city trip to Kassel, we had breakfast at the Stadtcafe before we left.
Read moreI had a sandwich with a Tuscan-style spread. After that I had a waffle with powdered sugar and vegan cream. Both were delicious.
It's nice that there's a lot of vegan choices here.

Satisfying vegan options 🌱 - Edit
This café right in the city center knows what veganism is and does an amazing job at making vegans feel included. From several plant milk options for coffee (soy, oat, almond), to vegan waffles with ice cream and whipped cream to savory Flammkuchen, they have it all - making it perfect to go there with vegan skeptic people. 🧇 They also have changing vegan cakes and pies (3 when I was there), seasonal vegan dishes (such as gazpacho, bowls etc.) and more. Their coffee is tasty, their homemade ice tea and lemonades are even better! Can definitely recommend to check it out ☕️ Plus: their staff is very friendly and attentive.

Wir hatten das herzhafte vegane Frühstück, war sehr lecker. Auch die Waffeln waren super lecker und mega fluffig. Sie haben auch noch Flammkuchen und viele Milchalternativen im Angebot.
