Enjoyed having good vegan options at Biltmore

This is one of the restaurants located in the Biltmore. It was nice being able to have actual food to choose from. I got the summer melon and tomato gazpacho (very good), and the blueberry and grain kale salad no feta (easily one of the best salads I’ve ever had)
