Perfect fast casual option if you don’t have a lot of time - Edit
I would recommend this place if you’re in a rush and are around west nanjing road. Their salads (because frankly that’s what’s available) are all clearly labeled vegan or not. Their juices are yummy.
Read moreI wanted to try the avocado smash but found out that it somehow contains milk.
I feel the prices are stupid. 60 RMB for four medium sides, aka salads if you’re vegan, and that means you may go hungry if you don’t get the salads that contain grains. Given what’s offered, charging by weight would benefit vegans much more. So, I think it’s a little expensive without there being truly solid or earth shattering in flavor vegan options.
Pros: Bunch of salads with decent flavor , Great fast causal option
Cons: Pricey for what you get, Flavor somewhat lacks effort

Sproutworks - Edit
Sproutworks offers decent healthy options. I had a plate with kale, edamame, quinoa, and mac and cheese, which was pretty tasty but seems average in flavor. Overall, great place for lunch, wouldn't recommend for dinner / date night given that it seems like a fast casual lunch place.

Quite alright - Edit
Only very few vegan options when I was there, and none in the protein section of the salad bar.
Read moreHad a raw kale and raisin salad that was nice and fresh, but the beetroot quinoa salad was underwhelming.
A bit pricey. Would return if I were around and very hungry, but not worth a trip in my opinion.
Staff doesn’t speak English, however the food is clearly labeled vegan or lacto-vegetarian etc., which is a plus!
Pros: Food labeling, Partly fresh
Cons: Pricey, Few vegan options

Absolutely love it! - Edit
Build your own bowl/ salad options, all the ingredients are accordingly labelled. What I love about this place is that everything is fresh and full of flavour. There is even one marked veggie soup. Tried multiple options: teryaki tofu, peanut sauce cabbage, sweet potatoes, couscous, kale etc. Prices are average.
