Not Vegan- They Sell Honey - Edit
I was SO EXCITED to shop at a store without having to check labels!! Customer service was very friendly, but I read on their website and was told in-store that everything was plant-based. I was about to purchase what I assumed was plant-based honey, when my partner looked more at the container and told me it was honey made from bees. I guess I have re-learned my lesson to never let my guard down and ALWAYS check labels. I looked again on their website later and you have to go into their FAQs to find out this contradiction. I was excited to support a vegan business but now I am upset by their lack of transparency.

Out of all the places I've tried around the Fraser Valley Sprouted Oven has always been my number one. Absolutely delicious baked goods and pizzas, very friendly staff. Pricier but still affordable and completely worth it. Highly recommend the fruity scones, cheddar chive biscuits and pizzas

We got there plant based peanut butter chocolate muffin GF it was super good and totally worth all the sugar in it! We also split the carrot muffin GF and it was perfect not to sweet and lots of flavor.

If you’re in/around Abbotsford you HAVE to go here! Their pizzas were among the top 5 vegan pizzas I’ve ever had. Their huge selection of baked goods are incredible. To top it off, they also have an all vegan grocery store in the space, including a great selection of healthy vegan breads at discount prices. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!

i guess sprouted oven gets my first ever negative review. i want to love but them but their service sucks. i’ve been a regular since they were in the factory store. the last two times i’ve pre ordered pizza here, i’ve gotten there and had it not made and my order forgotten, no apology, no acknowledgement m, nothing. today i had my 3rd less than pleasant customer service experience and i officially can’t bother to bring myself back. such a shame.

Amazing bakery! - Edit
They have so many fresh baked cookies, cakes, bars, etc. It's so hard to go in and just choose one or two items, I always end up leaving with a huge bag! They also make awesome drinks and lunch items. And you can also do some shopping in their great little grocery section.

once my sweet tooth was satisfied, I had their chickin sandwich which was wholesome and packed with goodies - creamy cheezes, mushroom, tomato, onion, arugula. mother nature woulda been impressed.
pro tip: new customers get a free loaf of bread :,)

Truthfully stumbled across this place by accident on my way home from an Okanagan trip. Thanks to their "100% plant based" writing on the front window I went in.
Read moreI had the bagel with cream cheese, cucumber, dill, etc and it was very good. Also took a cinnamon bun and double chocolate zucchini muffin to go.... It's a good thing I live an hour away or I would be here stuffing my face everyday!! My husband is not a chocolate fan and even he inhaled half of the chocolate muffin because it was so good! Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly.
Pros: 100% plant based. Has a little shop inside. , Lots of seating. Great prices. , Delicious food and lots of options.

I was glad to see the Sprouted Oven open, bringing a tonne of vegan options to Abbotsford, where choices have been limited. I had fairly high hopes and really wanted to like the Sprouted Oven. On my first visit, I was disappointed, but decided to hold my judgement. But I've been there a few times now and I'm consistently disappointed. The food is nothing that I couldn't easily make at home — think very basic sandwiches and a mini bag of plain chips for lunch. They serve everything on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery, which is both very wasteful and doesn't make for a nice dining experience. With the disposable dishes, the mini bags of chips, and the mediocre sandwiches, dining at the Sprouted Oven feels more like grabbing something quick at the snack counter at a gas station on the side of the highway. This place has potential, and I wish they would live up to it.

You can get a lot of your vegan groceries here, and enjoy a plant based meal or snack before you do. Great atmosphere, nice people....make sure to pick up some of the bread (it's an outlet store for Silver Hills bread). Just wish it was open Saturdays.

I love everything about Sprouted Oven. I go there many times a week, sometimes twice a day. My favourite items are blondies, weekenders, veg sandwich, and my all time favourite is the smore cookie. I love how everything there is plant-based. Would 100% recommend!

This place is not only good for specialty vegan grocery, but their kitchen is amazing!! They offer veg friendly sandwiches, soups and burgers with vegan cheeses and gluten free options. Their array of baked goods and treats is to die for. Not to mention that the silver hills bread (which is the company that owns the place) is cheaper and better selection than any local grocery stores. Will always come back to this place!
