Store has very limited amount of vegan products. And the stuff they do have is not great. Its end of April and they are still selling Christmas chocolate. the shelves are bare and void of many products (not just vegan).
Whenever I buy the dandies marshmallows they are gross, melted and started to separate in the packet.
The fresh produce section is filled with wilted and dead veggies.
They sell sweetfreedom cupcakes, which we buy all the time from the markets, for some reason, they are always stale and tasteless from here. They even served me my cupcakes in a container with mouldy stickers on it.
The automatic front door has been broken for months, you have to force it open yourself (as per instructions stuck to door).
The female owner is quiet rude and got really argumentative when I wanted to swap a product I had just bought but it was 3-4 months past expiry date.
I only come here for the dog food now, but as soon as I can find an online retailer that posts to Townsville, we wont shop here anymore. And honestly, the only reason we even buy dog food from here is because Family life organics hasn't stocked it in a while.

Heaps of vegan options - Edit

There are heaps of groceries including lollies, fake meats, pre made food and desserts that are vegan. Not a completely vegan store but has a lot of vegan options to choose from.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Staff are friendly , Good quality brands

Cons: But expensive

great Store with reservations - Edit

One senior member of staff can be quite 'direct', otherwise all staff are very friendly. this is a one-stop shop. Any other organic shop that I've tried in Townsville hasn't supplied all my needs and as I don't use a car, that doesn't work for me.
You do have to check use by dates, and weights but I keep going back so they're doing enough right for me. love the fact that they source locally grown veg.

Pros: Great selection, Most of the staff very helpful and friendly

Cons: Not so good on use by dates and weights

Great Service, Helpful Staff, Great Range - Edit

I have been to sprout many times and it stocks a great range of products that are healthy/vego/vegan which are extremely hard to find elsewhere! The staff are always happy to help me find things I'm after!

Pros: Variety, Helpful Staff, Nice Vibe
