Pretty good!

I ordered the Wild Roast bowl with avocado and it was a great lunch. They seemed a little stingy with the avocado as there looked to be about a quarter of one (and I paid +$2.10) so that was a bummer. Even with the coconut curry dressing I still had to dress it up with some sea salt and pepper to taste. Still, I felt like it was a great nutritious meal for the middle of the workday!

Pros: Affordable., Fast. , Many options.

Cons: Not super flavorful. , Very little avocado when you pay for a side.

Wonderful Experience at Sprout

Sprout was one on a very long list we printed from Happy Cow, and it was listed as a moderate, but we were pleasantly surprised by both the prices and the wonderful food, along with the hugely convenient location for our day in the historic Pioneer Square area of Seattle. If you're vegan, you'll want to go with the 'create your own' option since it's the non-vegan ingredients that raise the prices of the others. And there's a wide variety of vegan options to choose from for your wrap or salad. My husband and I chose very different items, and we both enjoyed our wraps immensely. The guys working there were also very friendly, and everything was very clean and pleasant. This place is definitely the go-to place for vegans in historic Seattle.

Pros: Price, Variety, Taste

Cons: Close a bit early if you want to dine late
