Good range, huge meals - Edit
Large choice of items on the menu, mostly Chinese but some international dishes too. All the meals I've tried have been enormous, making it good value for money. They use local organic products, which they also sell in their store. A lot of mock meat is used (their chicken wings are phenomenal). Manager is very kind, speaks clear English and often makes me special dishes based on what I feel like that day. I find it a little weird having 5 (five!) types of fruit on top of a savoury noodle dish, but otherwise good tastes good. Great prices.

Many choices of vegan food - Edit
It was originally offered buffet all day, but now provides a la carte and meal set instead. I visited the restaurant at lunch time, I ordered 3 out of 6 dishes, rice and soup. The foods were cooked with less oil which seemed to be healthy. The taste of pumpkin soup was natural but not sweet, I expected it was sweet and creamy. Besides of the lunch set, I saw there were multi-national foods like Japanese, Korean, Italian foods. It has mixed fruit and super food drink in the menu, the price is attractive.

Veg Buffet - Edit
The restaurant is a fresh, Japanese-style, all the dishes, furnishings and decorations are quite exquisite. There are relatively not many choices of food, plus some kinds of foods have egg & milk, so there are fewer choices as a vegan, but the taste is good, especially the sweet potato balls and cold noodles!

Tasty veggie buffet - Edit
I've been here twice for dinner and enjoyed the buffet. It's completely vegetarian, and mostly vegan. The price is good value compared with what you get. It tastes better than most of the other veggie buffets I've had in Hong Kong.

Sprout, Hong Kong - mislabelled dishes - Edit
a) Serving utensils are shared between vegan and non-vegan items meaning vegan items get cross-contaminated with non-vegan food cells.
Read moreb) Dishes on the buffet are marked as either 'vegan' or 'vegetarian'. On asking a staff member some questions about some of the items, it turned out more than one was categorised incorrectly. Going by the hostility of the manager, it seems questions about the food aren't welcome
c) Packed / cramped seating
d) Compared to other buffets the choice is somewhat limited
e) Food taste wasn't anything to get excited about
f) Feedback from others in the group wasn't good
The HappyCow website doesn't allow me to rate this venue lower than. Given the choice I'd rate it zero or even minus.
