Great location, in a nice park. Food great, and a lovely pineapple cake. Would have loved to try some of the ice cream - maybe next time!

All vegan cafe within a pretty park. Selling toasties, milkshakes, ice cream, salad bowls, hot and cold drinks. I went with the salad bowl to takeaway, this consisted of roasted sweet potato, red onion, kale and feta; tabbouleh; creamy potato salad; houmous and falafel. Absolutely delicious and good value for what was a pretty big portion. My companion had the cheeze toastie and enjoyed this too. Menu changes regularly. Accepts cards. Seating indoors and outside. No toilet facilities here or in the park, however the cafe is connected to Loves Vegan Cafe close by. The staff member running Sprout was so lovely and we spent a while chatting whilst the toastie was cooking. A really warm and friendly welcome. Look forward to visiting again when next in the area.

Perfect when the hustle and bustle of the sea front gets overwhelming. Lovely oat milk latte, and our daughter had an ice lolly, not overly expensive. The cafe had cushions and mats to borrow if you wanted to sit out and a few tables inside.

This small cafe is beautifully located in pretty Grove Park, in the town centre. The tables are mainly outside and it’s a lovely place to eat on a sunny day, there are a few tables inside in case it gets rainy, or you can take away. It has shared ownership with Loves Cafe not far away, the menu is small but changes often and the sweet and savoury food is absolutely delicious, all ‘home’ made in Loves. The coffee is excellent, served with oat milk and great with a piece of cake.
