Very good food! - Edit
Loved having lunch here! Prices are fair! Small bowl was enough for me (even though I can eat a lot). The dishes were all yummy. You can choose between small and big bowl and choose as many dishes as you want to fill your bowl. Would def come back! :)

it's a salad/bowl bar where you can basically build your own dish. you can choose between 2 sizes; normal (12,50€) or big (15,50€). they recommend you choose 2 warm amd 2 cold components plus one sauce/dip but there's no real limit.
Read morethe day qe visited, only two things were not vegan: a red beet salad and baba ganoush(??). in my opinion, they could've easily been vegan too. however, everything we chose was tasty and even though all three of us chose the normal size, we could almost not finish because it was so filling.
the reason i give 4 stars only is that it's not self service which i prefer a lot more. in my view, it's nicer if you can decide youself how much exactly of each salad or so you want to have/where to put the dressing on etc.
the place is cozy, especially the small outdoor seating area. sadly, it's not wheelchair accessible since there are stairs leading ro the restaurant which you also have to pass if you want to sit outside.
Pros: mostly vegan, filling, build-your-own concept, cozy, 🐶✅
Cons: no self service, ⛔️♿ because of stairs

Ausgesprochen lecker! Wir saßen draußen und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und auch Dips, die man nach Herzenslust kombinieren kann. Die Portionen, sowohl die kleine als auch die große Bowl, sind optimal. Die Gerichte sind sehr kreativ, nährstoffreich, vielfältig und schmecken sehr gut! Als wir da waren, war fast alles vegan und es gab auch ein paar kleine Gebäcke.

Exotic Bowls - Edit
Sprout offers bowls with different dishes instead of plain ingredients & it's a really great concept! You can choose from warm & cold dishes a dip which change weekly or even daily. The price with 12,50€ for a small bowl is more than okay especially since it's fancy bio food you can choose from.

Perfect warm meal on a rainy day - Edit
There are several warm dishes to choose from - pumpkin, potato with vegan mayo, quinoa! Absolutely delicious. The interior is also very comfy, a great place to hide on a rainy day. A small bowl is 6,60 and a large one is 8,80.

Simple salade bar: you pick your bowl size and get to fill it with anything you want among their raw veggies, fruits, grains and roots. Each recipe is made with different oils, herbs and spices and all taste different. I must say, green beans never tasted so good!

The Sprout is a nice restaurant with a very pretty garden at the back, where you can sit outside. At the Sprout you can put together your own bowl. There where enough different options to create your individual bowl. Everything in my bowl was tasty and well seasoned or spicy, which i like, but probably not everybody does like that.

Healthy lunch in an instant - Edit
Sprout is THE wholesome food choice for me after a tiring day. Yummy, filling (even the small bowl) and satisfying. Most options are vegan, including the summer rolls and most of the sublime cakes. Eat inside to enjoy the stylish interior, outside to relax in the "garden of love" or bring your own containers to gather some Sprout to have in your cave.

Read moreThe Food is fresh and well spiced. It is more like old-school vegetarian Food, based on carbs, lentils and beans. Not that rich on Protein, (no Tofu, seitan or tempeh), more like a comfort Food.
However it is not only a salad bar but serves very filling Food. All the offers were made with love and spiced well. Basic but well made!
I'd like to have a Dessert, but there were no gluteinfree cakes. And the Cup of tea (from the bag) cost 3€, which I consider really high!

Sprout offers vegetarian food with many vegan options in the heart of Neustadt. The restaurant works by the formula of paying for a bowl and filling it with as many different dishes as you want to from the ones they cooked that day.
Read moreThey offer a big and a small bowl which are similarly priced (the small one around 6 euro and the big one around 8). They also offer different cakes and cookies, many of which are again vegan.
The food was quite tasty and nutritious. I got the big bowl and I filled it with different potato, rice and chickpeas dishes, which were delicious and fully vegan.
The other great point is that the restaurant has a great back garden which opens in the spring/summer months and is a great place to eat when the weather is nice.
In short, Sprout is a great option to get vegetarian food in Neustadt in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

Stylish bistro like restaurant that serves kind of Buddha bowls; lots of vegan options, also great desserts! The big bowl could be more filled up and drinks are relatively pricy but the food is absolutely excellent.

Read moreThey offer lots of vegan options and some tasty sauces. I prefered a self mixed millet based salad, which came out perfect! My friend tried the potato and pasta salads, which were not so special but okay.
The vegan coffees are tasty but they should've been served in bigger glasses, please! It's nice that, they have a regional wine.
Sprout is a good idea, if you're looking for fresh food.

The food you can order in Sprout is prepared already and you can chose it from behind the counter. It is not heated in a microwave (which I actually prefer), so if you want hot food, you should order one of their freshly prepared items or go someplace else. Everything tastes great and doubly so in their lovely garden. The prices are quite good, too!

This is a very stylish place where you can choose a small or a big bowl. Then you can choose around 4 ingredients and a base (pasta, millet or salad). They also have summer rolls and different bigger meals. I tried a small bowl with different ingredients and it was nice. Though my choice of ingredients turned out a bit too sour and raw for me.

i had a delicious beet soup and raw Cesar salad. both were ready-made and very tasty. the staff was friendly and helped me navigate the menu, as my German is poor.
