Delicious Fast-food Lunch - Edit
My boyfriend and I were visiting the Big Apple from the UK. We stumbled across the 100% plant-based Spring Cafe for lunch on the way downtown. It is a small place, meant mainly for takeout, but there are a few seats inside and outside. Inside is light and modern, decorated beautifully with plants. We both went for the Hawaiian Vegan Burger with fries and a Hibiscus ice tea. It was absolutely delicious! And good value for money. I cannot recommend it enough.

Yum! - Edit
I had the BBQ burger combo with salad and hibiscus iced tea. All of it was delicious! Not sure how someone else considered this affordable though. Surprisingly enough, the salad was a more expensive side. I spent over $18 on just these three items. So yeah, if you just want to try one thing, I’d definitely recommend the burger.

Delicious vegan fish and chicken lunch specials (especially the fish) for about $10.95 each. Nice hot soup included, good serving sizes with plenty of rice. A surprising find in this location! Can't wait to eat there again!

Spring Cafe.......The Place is a Gem! - Edit
So excited .....First affordable Asian Vegan Fast Food (but healthy) place. I bought the bao's and boy are they filling. The Tofu Skin Bao was spot on! Can't wait to go back and try the burgers, they have house "veg chick patties" as well as Beyond Meat patty. Very friendly service too, Looking forward to more locations in the future.
Read more11/22/20 Update:
They have an even bigger menu now including Bento boxes, Noodle salad, etc..
I try to buy takeout there every other week. You all must try the "Black Pepper Mushroom" bow or the burger. It is mind blowingly good. What they do with mushrooms is pure magic. The burger will have more of the delicious mushroomy goodness than the bow, but what really blew me away was that they snuck in a sweet crunchy apple slice into the burger. I thought I heard angels sing when I bit into all that yummy goodness. My non-vegan picky son has had the Hawaiian burger all the time, he likes it. It is also very good on that giant fried "chickn" salad too. To be honest, almost everything in Spring Cafe is delicious, moderately priced and great portion size.
Recent YouTuber, VeganBodega Cat gave a huge thumbs up for their mushroom fries........got to try that next time for me.

A humble Cafe for all vegans - Edit
Great food and lots of choices. 6 burgers to choose from, with or without a combo of Hibiscus tea and fries. 5 bao buns to choose from when you just want a snack. All are now also served combo style as like the burgers. They also have 3 sandwiches and salads to try out one day. The Ube sandwich is amazing. The vegan chicken bao bun is also great and only $3. Get the Hibiscus tea sweetened with agave. I'm definitely going back for more here in China town.

Cons: Almost no place to sit.
