Tasty but busy! 🏈 - Edit
They have a dedicated vegan menu.
Read moreThe cauliflower wings were great but the pitta & hummus was a bit disappointing.
Great sweet potato fries though!

Decent options - Edit
Quite good options for vegans. You can get a meatball sub, a burger or a sandwich. I'll be honest - my expectations were very low, so I was pretty shocked to see that everything was actually quite tasty! 😃 Also, there's a very handy indoor play area for the kids!
Read moreHowever, I wasn't too impressed on the 2nd visit. Meatballs had a funny, gooey texture - no bite at all. Sweet potato fries had no flavour. BBQ cauliflower was nice, but too sweet.

A decent, tasty meal - Edit
The menu for Sports Cafe has its own vegan section, which we were pleased by, there's a decent offering. We visited for breakfast (served until 11:30), and lunchtime (12-), which offers subs, burgers, salads, a pie, and small plate versions.
Read moreMy partner had vegan breakfasts and on our lunchtime visit a falafel burger and I had a meatball sub (£8.95 and £9.95 at time of writing), both of which were tasty and filled a hole, and the side of pesto was a hit with our little one.
I wasn't crazy about the cafe itself, which felt very commercial, but that comes down to personal preference (and I'm not a big sports fan!). #Veganuary

Cons: Not cheap, but not bad, Surroundings a bit commercial and soulless

Family friendly pub food - Edit
The food is expensive but always of high quality, the vegan menu is the page after desserts on the main menu. The flat breads are really good and not too heavy before swimming. On change over days, there is a smaller menu and normal offers (e.g. chips included with sandwiches between noon and 5pm) but further choices can be found on the lactose-free menu. The quiz nights are good fun and prizes can be won for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places (£30, £20 and £10 of Center Parcs vouchers).
