Delicious twist to a basic bowl - Edit
Nice place with a few clearly marked vegan options. I opted for the tofu rice bowl which sounds very basic, but with the spicy peanuts, cucumber salad, and kimchi, it was anything but. My only complaint is that the bowl was too full and I kept losing bits of food over onto the table.

Decent options if you're out with omnis - Edit
They clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options, but I wish there had been more, or more info about meat options you could sub tofu for. I had the "spicy fried chicken" but with tofu, which came with rice and a side of pickled cucumber or kimchi. I felt like it was not as large of a serving as the other dishes, and i felt like it was fine but very expensive for what are very inexpensive ingredients. Enjoyed the deck seating, and because we came late, the food arrived super quickly (we were there shortly before 8-- local friends said before 7 the wait is very long because it's so popular).

Satisfying - Edit
We split the Peanut Tomato Curry and it was perfect for a late lunch meal. Loved the crunch of the peanuts against the soft texture of the curry and jasmine rice. Very flavorful, but I did add salt (which is available at the water station). They also have a rice bowl and tacos, which both sounded good. Might try the tacos next, depending on how they make them vegan.

Amazing - Edit
This place was phenomenal. I ordered the Spicy Cauliflower rice bowl and it rocked my world. My husband and I also shared the vegan cheesecake for dessert and it was equally as wonderful.

Great food! - Edit
Hubby and I had a great experience at Spork. During the pandemic you order outside at the Airstream. Then you sit at one of two outdoor spaces, and they bring the food to you. The tofu tacos and spicy fried cauliflower (both vegan) were incredible. Hubby had a fish taco which he loved and the Thai steak salad which he said was ok. He had wine and I had the special: grapefruit tamarind lime agua fresca which was very refreshing. We would definitely go back!

Cons: It’s a popular place; you might need to wait, Currently, only outdoor seating is available

Leaving 4 star rating because it wont let me rate this awesome place 5 stars. - Edit
So many great veggie and Vegan options. Long line? So what! It was worth the wait. It's a reason to visit Bend all by itself.

Food was good - Edit
There were a few vegan options and I went with the tacos and made them vegan with tofu. They were good but not the best tacos I’ve had. We went there for dinner and stood in line for at least 45 minutes.

Ok - Edit
We waited in a long line for a good 20-30 minutes or so. I got the peanut tomato curry and didn’t care for it. It’s mostly self serve and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. I also didn’t appreciate the signs they had on their tables that basically said not to stay too long and “bussing your own table is appreciated”... the sign seemed rude and didn’t leave a good impression at all.
Read moreThey did have several vegan options but so do a lot of other places in Bend...
I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend.

Limited Vegan menu but the stuff they do offer is so worth it! - Edit
The vegan options are very limited here, but the items that they do offer are so good that it keeps coming back for more. I love the African peanut curry, the cucumber salad, and the roasted cauliflower. This place gets super busy around peak dinner time and on weekends so come early or expect to wait a while, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Tasty curry - Edit
Stopped in for an early dinner and had sweet potato curry, on special. Perfectly seasoned and the best way to celebrate the end of a day hike. Great staff and fun atmosphere.

so good - Edit
We stopped here for lunch while we were in Bend because although we like Next Level Burger quite a bit, we wanted to try something new. There was a long line, maybe 15 people, but it moved quickly and our food was brought out to us surprisingly fast. My husband ordered the West African Peanut Curry and I had the Lomo Saltado and both were excellent. We will definitely stop here again and next time I think I'll try the tacos because those also looked quite tasty.

Really Yum! - Edit
Just arrived in town and searched Happy Cow for a vegan Mexican place to eat and this place popped up! It serves meat but had a few vego and vegan options, and the staff were helpful in selecting the right foods.
Read moreI ordered a soup with rice, and it was really tasty and perfect amount of food, and my partner got the vegan tacos. The atmosphere was lovely, kind of busy but felt relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Would totally go back if I'm ever in town again. But then again, the are totally vegan places in town to eat too, so depends what you're looking for!
