Amazing all day vegan breakfast!

I’ve only been once so far and was impressed. I got a vegan version of a traditional American breakfast. The tempeh bacon was insane.

I haven’t been for “lunch” although I can my breakfast well after what most would consider lunch time. They have quite a few tasty looking options and I would highly recommend checking this place out.

It’s called a bicycle cafe for a reason. It is directly next to a bike path and they do bike maintenance.

All outdoors with some covered seating and a very chill vibe. If you’ve ever been to Portland, you’ll probably think you are there when at this cafe.

Also, I’m confused by the previous review mentioning bad tacos. They don’t have tacos on the menu and they have a few lunch options that I’m excited to try soon.

Pros: Delicious vegan options, Great coffee, Chill atmosphere

Cons: None that I noticed

Limited Options

I've been here several times for company lunches and we get the veggie tacos because that's all that seems to be vegan for lunch. Plain and simple they're just not good. They are watery and have a strange aftertaste. I definitely wouldn't return on my own time. The drinks are tasty though I'll give them that. Also, every time I've gone, the servers are always rude. Almost like they have a "too good for you" attitude. It's very off putting and everyone at the table says the same thing, so we know it's not just one of us that thinks that. At least they do offer some vegan options which is always nice to have. Be prepared to circle the block several times looking for parking.

Cons: Not many vegan options, parking, Employee attitudes

Hi there! I’m one of the owners at Spoke and I think you may have reviewed us by accident! We don’t serve tacos, but we do have many other vegan options (like the vegan breakfast bun—winner at vegan street fair—, house made veggie burger, many salads, bowls, breakfast, etc.). You may be thinking of Salazar, also in Frogtown, and their veggie tacos are the only vegan option. Please come by and give us a try. And please remove this review if it is a mistake! Thank you! Best vegi burger I've had. Fries were a little salty. Homemade kumbacha.
