The Korean rice bowl is yum! - Edit
They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options that I did not even get to try. For example, they had a baba ganoush plate, vegan Mac and cheese, lots of interesting salads, and tons of vegetable sides like fried brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli. I ordered the Korean rice bowl and left every bite of it. I also got to berry salad without the cheese and it was delicious.

Great Korean Rice Bowl - Edit
They had a few different options and I tried the Korean Rice Bowl. It was filling, spicy, and very tasty! It was not my first choice as they were out of the impossible burger that night but I’m glad I got it because it was so good! I would get it again next time I visit.

Good Food - Edit
Like most restaurants in AK, there were limited vegan options but the quality of the food we received was very good. The quinoa bowl was delicious and included lots of veggies. I had never eaten sweet potato tots before, and they were awesome!! Great local beer selection.

Not Very Vegan Friendly - Edit
Ate there this evening. Unless something is on their specials, vegan dishes are becoming scarce. 😕 I used to LOVE their carrot tostada, but they no longer serve it. So you have three options: 1. salad. 2. a rice bowl minus the aioli. 3. avocado melt (minus the havarti and other cheese...but then it’s just avocado toast. No melt there.)
Read moreI went with the bowl and asked for minus the aioli. It came with it. I scraped it off. 😑 The waitress asked if I would like extra veggies since I opted out of meat or tofu. I was so excited. There weren’t any, unfortunately, but it was nice she was trying to be accommodating. Not worth $17.
Oh. You can get the pork tacos and sub tofu and have those be vegan. I maybe should have gotten that. Again.
Pros: My drink had veggies: jalapeños. , Atmosphere is on-point, Salad.
Cons: BRING BACK THE CARROT TOSTADA, Limited vegan options

Totally vegan and veg supportive! - Edit
This place is sister resturant to snow city cafe, south, crush and owner is progressive and supportive to vegans and veg only eaters. Staff and chef too. They have only micro brews here at roadhouse and feature smaller brewers which I think is very cool (so no major beer brands)

Few options - Edit
The few vegan options they have are really good, but there is dairy in almost everything. Waitstaff tend to be knowledgeable and friendly. Fun selection of cocktails and good atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to go with your non-veg friends this is decent.

No longer good for vegans - Edit
I previously enjoyed eating here, but hadn’t been in a few years. On a recent visit I was sad to find that the menu had changed and the vegan options were further limited. I used to get a veggie plate with two veggies and roasted potatoes, but they’ve done away with the potatoes in favor of buttery/milk filled mashed potatoes. Sometimes one of their specials is vegan, but it wasn’t this time. The only choice was a Korean rice and bean dish and you have to leave off the aioli, and at $15, I didn’t feel it was worth it. We should have just got up and left when we saw the menu had changed. I would much rather spend my money at other restaurants, ones that don’t have bacon of the month specials!!

Great food and atmosphere - Edit
We had the Korean tacos and peanut wrap with tofu. The staff is super friendly and quick to adjust items to make them Vegan. This is a very popular place with locals and tourists alike. We stopped by several times while in Anchorage.
