Sparks is a community department store focusing on sustainability. They feature local traders and run workshops such as bike fixing, clothes reworking, art making, etc. The vegan cafe (Busy V Bakery) is a nice chill place inside, and there is event space upstairs for community use. We need the council to continue funding this and allowing everyone to enjoy this space! ❤️

Good selection of vegan confectionery - Edit
This cafe/shop space within Sparks Bristol has a very good selection of vegan sweets, with vegan children I was very excited by the choice. Also lots of vegan chocolate bars and some vegan items in the fridge. Also on the cafe counter when we visited was a chocolate brownie type cake and a vegan polenta cake. The whole centre is very community centred with a focus on sustainability across all topics I. E food, travel, energy use and fashion. A nice place to spend abit of time and lots of hands on things for kids to do
