Lots of vegan food! They label everything, so its easy to find what the items contain. I bought some vegan chocolate (from «iChoc») and bolognese sauce(from «bio zentrale») here that was really good. They have tufo, seitan, vegan cheese, vegan icecream and sorbet, canned fruit and vegetables, butter, different types of sauces and noodles! And much more!

There are fairly many "herbolarios" in Arguineguin, but Spar Natural is by far the biggest, and has pretty much - more of everything. The staff is helpful and they also order other products if there is something you can not find. Lately they have impressed me by stocking several different vegan ice-creams, in addition to the cheeses, mock meat, yoghurts etc that they have. This is the place to go to for vegan food and everything health food related. They also sell fresh produce (ecological).

Really nice to have an organic shop in Arguineguin! Compared to the spar natural in Las Palmas this one is quite small (without a café) but you get everything you need. A lot of imported stuff which is more expensive than others. But a good variety of vegan products and if you don't have a car and you're in the south it's a very good option to get vegan and organic products!

Finally! An organic store in the South - Edit
Although not entirely vegan, all items are clearly labeled and the store is cozy and clean to boot. Good selection of fresh produce and everyday groceries, we did all our shopping here. Service was friendly and they even stock an array of glutein-free choices.

Tip: park at the market place around the corner and walk through the town of Arguineguin. It's just a 5 min walk from the store and the store in turn is just a 5 minutes walk from the ocean and the very pretty harbour with restaurants and cafes.

This is a great place to find vegan and vegetarian options there are also pre-prepared options and they have great flavored hummus. They have franchises in different parts of Europe such as Austria and Czech Republic.

Not entirely vegan/vegetarian, but still a great place for vegan/vegetarians to shop. The store is also the only place in the area with vegan products. Products are labelled as vegan if they are, which makes for a great shopping experience.
