Anniversary Celebration


Attended the Coppershell Sanctuary fundraiser brunch and yoga workshop - it was really nice, the brunch was amazing. Delicious overnight oats, smoothies, juice, tea and fruit. With vegan cakes and energy balls. (All vegan).

Pros: Delicious, Instructors don’t push you to go beyond your body

Cons: Too far from my house!
