Vegan community is not a target audience

I found this place bc of happy cow!
Went there with family. Walked in and realized it’s not a place that includes vegans as a target audience. The vegan options, which consisted of dairy-free cookies and cream (made with oat milk) and mango sorbet, were in half-pint take out containers in a freezer by the cashier station.
I’m glad the options are there, it’s just just important to know that it’s not set up so that I can easily order the vegan options on a cone like my non-vegan family members did for their standard vanilla and chocolate custard.

Bottom line is that the parlor experience is not set up to include vegans.

That said, I got the cookies and cream and it was indeed tasty. It has Oreos mixed in as the cookies.

Pros: Vegan options are present and tasty

Cons: Vegan options not included in parlor experience.
