A Few Solid Options - Edit
Southdown has a few good vegan options. Chickpea salad sandwich is good but not the best I’ve ever had.

Southdown has the best coffee in Huntington/northport - Edit
This little shopping center is a vegan haven with Southdown and Cindysnacks. Southdown has such a great vegan selection and they make killer lattes. Almond/soy/oat all available. They also carry Craft Kombucha. Their food is really good too- sandwiches specifically with their house hot sauce. The baked goods are also wonderful.
