Such a lovely breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Hats off to the chef at the Botanica.

The main restaurant does not have a vegan menu but they adapted my food and when it came to pudding they actual had 2 very good options but I just wish they had that info out there rather than hiding it. The botantica in the spa is amazing, food is knock out and we'll worth a visit

Beautiful country hotel. We had vegan afternoon tea served in a gorgeous room. We had pre booked in advance. The staff are very well trained and welcoming. Very disappointed with the vegan afternoon tea for this kind of hotel however. The sandwiches were basic cucumber on white bread, courgette on white bread, roasted red pepper on brown and finally tomato on brown bread. The bread seemed lathered in spread - like a margarine.
Read moreThere was a good variety of cakes however even my daughter was questioning their freshness. They were extremely dry. The scones were lovely and with the jam were the best thing on offer. We took cakes home but they went in the bin. Hugely expensive treat that left a not so nice taste.
