Loves me a metal brew co! - Edit
While the reviews of soundgrowler have been mixed, I personally had a great experience there. I love metal so the atmosphere was perfect. I told the bartender up front that I was vegan and they were very accommodating!! Got the vegan al pastor beyond meat taco dinner and it was super tasty. I’d prolly get all al pastor next time tho! Decent beer, too. Wish there were places like this when I lived in the south burbs! Will for sure be back the next time I’m in town.

They offer beyond meat and soy pastor but unfortunately put cheese all over my beans when I ordered the vegan meal. I get that accidents happen but the eye roll from the bartender when I asked for new beans wasn’t an accident. There’s also taxidermy all over which isn’t very appetizing.

Pleasantly Surprised - Edit
I tried the plantbased pastor taco diner and it was very tasty! Yummy food and great atmosphere if your interested in rock/metal, and of course tasty beer. I would definitely make this my go to spot for my next beer craving.
