Pure excitement to see this food truck - Edit
You are in for a lunch of your life! I think about the chili fries every day, and when I see her truck I can’t stop smiling!!! So consistent, so flavorful, and so comforting. The woman is so nice and friendly!!

Vegan Food Truck! - Edit
We had a chance to check out Soulfully Vegan at a local food truck event a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience! They were the only vegan truck there so sadly, not a long line... but the women who took our order was super friendly and our food was ready in just a couple minutes! We got 2 burgers and an order of cheese fries. The cheese sauce on the fries was so creamy and good! The burgers were great too! Definitely beyond patties, soft buns, fresh lettuce and the house sauce was a very light BBQ I think? Not too smokey though which I prefer! My husband's burger had bacon on it too and it was delicious! I followed them on social media and can't wait to check them out the next time they're local!
