Salty and overpriced

I paid almost $25 for less than half a cup of mac, a small piece of chikin, and probably 2 cups of the saltiest collard greens I have ever eaten.

Best vegan food at Graze

Whenever I go to Graze (food court), I go to Soul Bowl. Good food and you can mix and match.

Amazing vegan option.

I got the plant based bowl with an addition of collard greens. Their servings are big. Unfortunately they don’t make vegan mac n’ cheese anymore. Super friendly staff.

Good

I built my own bowl with vegan chicken (they used Herbivorous Butcher chicken when I first tried, but have since changed vendors), jerk sauce, Sean Paul coconut rice and peas, and RiRi plantains. I didn't like the HB vegan chicken. The grilled flavor was ok, the cutlet was just too thick for me. Their coconut rice and peas is insanely delicious! The greens were good. The corn used to be so-so, but they now served a delicious fried corn instead; I love it now. The fried okra was gross; don't get that.

There are no vegan desserts at this time. I hope that changes soon.

Salt

Was excited to try the vegan fried chicken in their plant based bowl. Was really disappointed by how salty it was. It came with rice, fried vegan chicken, and fried plantains. The plantains were the only good part. Everything else burned my mouth with how much salt they added. The rice tasted undercooked as well.

Pros: A couple vegan bowls

Cons: Expensive, Soooooo much salt

5 star vegan bowls!

Soul Bowl is amazing! We went to the North Loop to pickup takeout and the building was pretty quiet at 11am on Monday but very cool. At Soul Bowl there was actually kind of a long line forming.. so be patient. We got the Vegan Bowl thats listed on the menu with vegan mac-n-cheese, grilled corn and the prolific vegan fried chicken.. we also got the Caribe Bowl with the vegan options.. that one comes with the Fried Plantains, the Coconut Rice & Beans and the Jerk Vegan Fried Chicken.. HOLY WOW these are yummy and really each bowl is enough for 2 people. We also got the Donut Peach Cobbler and YOWSA this did NOT disappoint. All these flavors were perfect. Nothing was too salty or too sweet... everything was geniusly seasoned. GENIUS! We also each got a Beyonce Blueberry Lavender Lemonade which again was perfectly flavored and not too sweet.

Pros: 2 bowls to choose from or build your own bowl.

Cons: Bowls may seem expensive but very big portions.

Hard pass

We ordered delivery from here a bit ago and everything was way too salty and over spiced.

Huge bummer as vegan fried chicken is really hard to come by.

Won't ever try again or recommend

VEGAN FRIED CHICKEN

The staff is super friendly and vegan items are marked. I love that Soul Bowl is part of Graze Food Hall because the bar upstairs has a beautiful view of the city and we were able to sit there with our food and enjoy drinks.
The fried chicken was really good and they fry it in a separate fryer. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Pros: Vegan fried chicken!, Labeled vegan items, Friendly staff

Cons: The cost can add up fast
