A full experience - Edit
They have a special item on the menu for vegan. It's first course, main course and a side. There is a delicious lemonade as well. Staff is very nice and they really know the dishes, since they present it and explain it very well.
Read moreDelicious food, not only sushi but some different things and textures.
The disadvantage is, because it's only one menu to choose (at least what I could find) makes you tired of eating always the same, so you don't feel like going many times

Best value for money in Aarhus if you want sushi. The vegetarian/vegan menu is good, and offers more than just cucumber and avocado as filling. When I lived in Aarhus, I found that this was the best spot for vegan sushi, and staff is helpful if you want to order something outside of the vegan meal offer.
