Though the vegan options are not listed on the menu, there are many of them. Every thai curry can be cooked either with tofu or vegetables

Their menu has zero references to vegan. While you can probably make some of their dishes vegan, the same is true for every single Asian restaurant - should we list them all? And can we trust that all of their employees have the know-how e.g. which sauce ingredients are vegan?
