They have like 8 different rolls for vegans! The conveyer belt runs from 11-3 if that's your thing

One very good vegan sushi platter - Edit
This platter is excellent. It’s the Veggie Platter. A nice variety and very tasty. Unfortunately that’s it. There outside and inside seating. Pretty high chance you’ll sit next to a table where someone smokes, at least when outside.

Excellent location, good sushi - Edit
The selection of vegan sushi isn't huge but decent. It includes combo platters so you don't have hunt around. The main attraction, though, is the excellent location directly inside Zurich main station and the beautifully decorated sun lit courtyard with a glass roof - an oasis of peace in the busy train station.
