Delicious variety of food - Edit
During our stay in Trento we visited Sopra La Panca every night for dinner. The restaurant has a huge variety of dishes ranging from Italian food (pasta, pizza) to oriental food (pad thai), many beverage options and the most delicious desserts. The owner and cook are very friendly and help out well with explaining the dishes. We’ll definately come back when we visit Trento again.

I enjoyed a lunch there. The staff was super nice and we talked a little bit about veganism. The food is fresh and great, you have a lot to choose from. Parking space is nearby. Definitely would come again.

Bistrot vegano dove si può trovare un'ampia selezione di cibi da buffet come verdure cotte e crude, spaghetti di soia, insalata, sushi, seitan,etc e un ricco menù di piatti, panini e pizze: c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!

Ho preso un burger, un pad thai e un dolce per asporto (con consegna a domicilio), tutto davvero buono, da rifare! Consigliato! In più il packaging in cui ci hanno consegnato il cibo era compostabile.

The only 100% vegan restaurant in the city of Trento. They serve both buffet and à-la-carte. We tried the Beyond Burger and the Pad Thai, both delicious. They also sell vegan products including Violife chees (and they are the only place where you can find it in Trento!!).

They offer a good, well-stocked buffet, at not exaggerated prices and also sandwiches (in particular with "Beyond Meat"). Unfortunately it is located in a non-characteristic area and far from the historic center.

Vegan buffet with a wide ranging selection. Includes pasta, beans, tofu and a whole load of other interesting items. The food is great and the staff are helpful.
Read moreHowever, as others have stated, the price per weight can be quite steep. I was extremely hungry having not eaten breakfast. I went a little mad on the lunch buffet and loaded my plate, which ended up costing €30. This was okay for me as a one off but something to bear in mind if you're on a tight budget.

the price per weight was a little hefty, though ive learned for next time not to pack my plate to the max!! everything was so delicious! the salad had vegan feta, and the cannelloni was to die for!! god it was fantastic, i still dream about it... i loved the curry too, it had lil tofu puffs. for desert i had the tiramisu and it was great! also the lemonade drink i got was so refreshing and delicious! the waiter i had was super attentive and kind and explained everything really well. overall had a really nice time here :-)

Huge Menu and very friendly and helpful stuff. We had Seitan and Tehmpeh as main dishes and radicchio and cauliflower as side dish. Both main dishes were very good and we really liked the radicchio. For desert we had Creme brûlée and the veganisu. The Creme was good but the veganisu we didn’t really like, because it was like a vanilla pudding with turmeric and a hard cookie inside and I had expected something like tiramisu. The wine was good and not expensive.

Been there a few times and it's always a pleasure. Easy to reach with the bus line 7 (i think..) from the train station. The burgers are really amazing, they also have delicous lasagne and loads of other good stuff. Best restaurant in Trient.

The restaurant is a bit difficult to find as it is hidden between appartment houses and shops but it's definitely worth a stay. A huge menu with different burgers, pasta, antipasti and much more. The waiter was really kind and tried his best to translate the menu as there wasn't an English one. With no knowledge of the Italien language this was a kind of adventure but the burgers we had both tasted great. Only exception were the fries. Still a clear recommendation for this place!
