Hidden Gem in NH

Staff is very knowledgeable about menu and ingredients. Separate vegan menu. Regular menu clearly marked with vegan options. I got the sesame noodles with brown rice and cucumber kimchi and tofu. Highly recommend the place for lunch or dinner. Note: fried rice has egg, some kimchi has fish sauce in it.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked , Staff knowledgeable, Outdoor seating

I was wondering if this place had vegan options. Now I’m so happy. Thank you so much for your review :)

So good!

I came here today from out of town with a group. A couple of us had never tried Korean food and two of us are vegan, so I hoped there would still be options despite the other reviews on here. The menu they had was a bit weird / inconsistent with labeling, but the person helping us was knowledgeable about what was actually vegan and it wasn't an issue.

I ordered a build-your-own bowl with sweet chili tofu, brown rice, sautéed daikon radish, edamame, soy bean sprouts, peppered scallions, and sesame ginger sauce. I ended up asking for Sriracha on the side as well. The flavor was incredible, especially on the tofu, which is fried and seasoned to perfection. Everyone else really enjoyed what they ordered as well. I will definitely recommend this place and would love to come back another time! Hopefully they can get their menu issues sorted out.

Pros: Delicious, Variety of vegan options to choose from, Friendly and patient staff

Cons: Menu needs a redesign

Vegan menu is gone

There is a new “fall menu” and nothing listed is vegan. There are vegetarian options. I asked staff for the vegan menu because they had one previously, but he had no idea what I was talking about, nor was he able to identify anything on the menu that could be made vegan. Staff seemed upset to be asked about options and bordered on rude, so I left.

Cons: No vegan options , Rude staff

Vegan menu

Be sure to check out the vegan menu or tell the staff since they are aware of which options are vegan. We always get the bibimbap

Pros: Crispy tofu, Great Korean rice bowls

Korean New Mexican fusion

Really love this place! All the vegan options are clearly labeled and almost everything is highly customizable. I particularly like the sweet chili tofu in a burrito but the avocado tempura is also pretty darn tasty.

Flavorful food, knowledgeable staff

Staff can customize and menu is very clearly labeled. Vegetarian options can generally be made vegan with a minor change. We had bowls with tofu, tempura avocado, edamame, veggies and rice. Everything was flavorful. Staff friendly and helpful. Only wish a couple more sauces (avocado crema especially) were vegan. Will certainly be back!

Pros: Multiple vegan protein options , Tasty, Staff know vegan
