Not sure yet what I think - Edit
We just had a tea and a coffee. Place felt busy, service at the counter a bit slow. Sandwiches in the window are made in advance, surely more of them could be veganised? Felt hard to relax as people walking back anf forth through a door near where we are sitting. Would have to try this place again to know what I think

Butternut Squash Soup. - Edit
The best soup I have ever tasted served with a slice of focaccia bread. Freshly cooked by the chef. Excellent value for money and washed down with an oat latte.

Popular place - Edit
Really loved my visit here. We had their super tasty focaccia sandwiches and some great coffee. I’d like to come again for a pizza evening and also to try their new savoury dishes. It’s very popular especially on Saturdays

Good vibes - Edit
I love the coffee and cakes they do here, I haven’t tried their sandwiches yet, but; I heard the homemade bread is really good. We went for Sunday dinner yesterday, the dinners were ok, the stuffing is amazing 🤩, but we prefer mash and turnip on our Sunday dinners, and a rich and thick gravy, theirs is more like a jus, we had to ask for extra gravy because the dinner was brought out a little dry, the gravy they brought out was ok, but didn’t have much depth or umami flavour. #Veganuary

Good Vibrations - Edit
Very welcoming place with good vegan options and a nice vibe. It was too late in the day to get food so I just popped in for a coffee, which was excellent. I've seen enough to want to visit again though 👍.

Eastenders - Edit
Knew this place would be an instant hit as soon as we walked in. Friendly vibes, nice interior and good people. The two focaccia sandwiches we had (a reuben and a spicy shawarma) were absolutely delicious and good value at £6. The coffee is excellent, strong, robust with no messing about. There’s also a nice range of beers in the fridge including cans from the locally reborn VAUX Brewery.

Fantastic Focaccia - Edit
What’s not to love? The food is fantastic & great value for money. None of your bog standard hummus or avocado either but inventive & flavoursome sandwiches & soups. The focaccia alone is worth the visit and, in my opinion, it serves the best coffee in Sunderland. Friendly, welcoming & inclusive atmosphere - you’ll definitely want to come again.

Outstanding Coffee and Focaccia Sandwiches to Die For - Edit
Great place, friendly vibe. The coffee is excellent, go for the batch brew if you're into your coffee. They have oat milk available and serve pastries, porridge, focaccia sandwiches, braised beans and a soup much of which is vegan. The sandwiches vary day to day but there is always a vegan one. The vegan reuben is always a hit. Wifi is available.
