Get vegan sushi somewhere else - Edit
They had some promising items on the menu (we ordered the vegan ramen and gyoza), but no vegan rolls were listed. The menu stated that "traditional" rolls can also be requested, so we ordered some basic veggie rolls. The gyoza was good, but you didn't get a lot for how much it cost. And the ramen wasn't salty enough for me, and when I requested soy sauce I was given a small condiment dish rather than the bottle. And it tasted like low sodium soy sauce.

Also, the scan code that was provided to get to the menu led to a link that prompted you to download a word document with the menu options. Not a big deal, but it was a little annoying to open on mobile.
