Not many options but willing to help - Edit
The menu shows few plant-based option (with I found disappointing since I had found about them on Happy Cow) but if you ask they’ll help and offer alternatives (not many). I had the noodles with vegetables and tofu and nori maki and they were both very tasty.

Even if the restaurant isn’t 100% vegan, this place deserves 5 stars. - Edit
The chef at this place is highly skilled and adaptable. He makes various types of vegan sushi, some of which isn’t on the menu. The best spring rolls and even makes vegan menus upon request. Great food, great service.
