Good flavor - Edit
We tried the vegan breakfast burrito. The tofu was flavored well and it had black beans, potatoes and vegan cheese too. Cute little shop with an outdoor patio.

Yum! - Edit
I'm eating the vegan tofu potato burrito and it's so good. Someone on Google said these were on the small side but maybe that's because we're American x) What makes it a step higher is how it's grilled or toasted after it's made, and the vegan cheez. I got a latte and it actually tastes like coffee not all oat milk. Good bagels! Nice vegan options, though not too many. I went to the other (South) location in Pueblo that's not on Happy Cow.

Disappointed - Edit
Popped in because of the reviews on here. They couldn’t make me a wrap or a sandwich. Had to get a salad. :(( they were nice but it was very disappointing.

Conscious business mainstay of Pueblo - Edit
These guys have been doing the solar thing since, basically, it was invented. Before the idea of “social entrepreneurship” even had a name. Their beans are tasty, consistent, and available at grocery stores throughout Colorado.

We love the owners, we love the staff, and can’t wait for the record shop to open next door!
Pros: classy atmosphere, good veg food options, Olde World bagels from CO Springs
Cons: no coffee loyalty/rewards program
