Tons of vegan options! - Edit
This place is great! You can modify tons of things for breakfast and lunch to be vegan, all of which are labeled on the menu. I had huevos nuevos vegan and got a muffin to go. It's big, clean, and a really nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly.

Awesome! - Edit
My wife and I are vegan. We simply walked in, informed one of the employees that we were vegan and were immediately informed that we could substitute any of the breakfast (we came in for breakfast specifically) options (cheese/egg) with tofu (no vegan cheese options which was fine). The food was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was clean and well thought out as far as design was concerned. I'd give it 5 stars if I was able to (app won't allow me to). Go!! Their coffee rocks too!!

Staff not well educated on what vegan means - Edit
I've eaten here prior to going vegan and went back a number of times after going vegan. The menu clearly states "Vegan Options" but anytime I ask the staff, they all seem clueless as to which options can be made vegan or even how to do it. I usually ended up with the same salad. The final straw came on a day when I went with my husband, who is also vegan. It was the most frustrating experience for us with my husband saying he'd never go there again. There were 4 people behind the counter and we got different responses from all of them mixed with a whole lot of (bad) attitude. As vegans, we try to be flexible, regarding our choices but the way we were treated was awful. On top of that, after it should have been crystal clear we were vegan, they bought out our lunch and it was loaded with cheese! Not vegan cheese either! Unfortunately, the owner was not there, so I wasn't able to speak with her. My thought is if you advertise vegan options on your menu, then your staff should be educated about it and there really should be more than one salad as an option.
